![]() It looks like you can hold the upgrade (if an outpost isn't quite ready), but if you save, quit the game, and relaunch the game / load your save, the upgrade option disappears again. Hopefully others with the but see your fix.Īddendum: Using the workaround, the upgrade option will still disappear if you save and quit the game. Reloading an old save for the second one lost me about 2 hours (which isn't the end of the world), but trying to get back the first one would basically put me right back to the start of just taking over Drezen, which I'm not willing to do. I think this means I will never get the first bastion upgrade. By reloading an old save, and skipping days on the crusade management map until the bastion upgrade completed, I was able to upgrade an outpost. And no outpost build screen would give me the option to upgrade. The first bastion upgrade and second both finished while I was doing quests. I also have this issue in my current playthru.
